This is a picture of an old journal page. Made a couple of years ago after taking the kids school supply shopping. I got myself a couple of goodies too.
I'm tired today, not too much to write about, but I want to make an entry everyday, even if it's about nothing, it's the discipline I need. The follow through.
I met P for dinner at our local health food store. I got the vegan Moussaka and veggie au-gratin. Both were excellent. I also got a Harvest Bay Coconut Water with Acai and I don't like it. It's not agreeing with me. So thats $2.49 I don't have to spend again. Not that I spent it anyway, P was treating. He's jumped right into the natural/organic food thing. He even goes to the health food store a couple times a week for lunch. Shamefully, he's doing better than I am.
Today I ate a peanutbutter & jelly sandwich on multigrain bread, fruit salad, 2 boiled eggs, a muffin and the aforementioned moussaka and veggie gratin. 2 cups of coffee, and about 6 oz of coconut water/acai. No water at all. Something I have to work on.
